These Terms & Conditions ("Terms," "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between Navrang Event Curation & Cinematography ("Navrang," "we," "our," or "Company"), located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, and the individual, corporate entity, or representative executing an inquiry, booking, or service agreement ("Client," "you," or "patron"). By confirming an event date, submitting a non-refundable retainer, or signing an Event Production Mandate, you expressly agree to abide by these Terms.

Booking, Retainers & Payment Schedule
Due to the bespoke nature of our craft and limited annual production capacity (catering to no more than a select number of celebrations per season), event dates are reserved exclusively upon execution of the contract and receipt of the retainer.
| Milestone | Percentage | Due Timeline |
|---|---|---|
| Booking Retainer | 25% of Total Fee | Due immediately to lock exclusive dates and crew calendar |
| Production & Design Milestone | 45% of Total Fee | Due 45 days prior to the first event commencement date |
| Final Production Balance | 25% of Total Fee | Due 10 days prior to event commencement |
| Deliverable Handover | 5% of Total Fee | Due upon delivery and client review of master highlight films |
All prices quoted are subject to statutory Goods and Services Tax (GST) as applicable under Indian tax laws. Failure to make payments within specified milestones empowers Navrang to pause production or reallocate resources without liability.
Cancellation, Rescheduling & Postponement
Because our dates are reserved well in advance, turning away prospective clients for those specific calendar days, our cancellation policy reflects our irreversible commitment of creative resources:
- cancel Cancellation 60+ Days Prior: Client forfeits only the 25% Booking Retainer. Any additional advanced production funds paid are refunded after deducting documented third-party vendor non-refundable outlays.
- cancel Cancellation 30–59 Days Prior: 50% of the total contracted engagement value is payable and retained.
- cancel Cancellation under 30 Days: 100% of the total contracted engagement value is forfeited and due, as crew and suppliers cannot be re-booked on short notice.
- event_repeat Date Rescheduling: Subject to Navrang's calendar availability within 12 months. A date migration fee of 10% of the contract value applies, plus any proven hotel/airfare re-ticketing price differences.
